Overview:

The sponsoring company undergoes a regional audit by the regional authority, then submits a regional employer nomination application. Upon approval, the applicant can apply for the 187 visa.

 

Eligibility:

• Suitable for young individuals with higher education.
• No asset or investment background requirements.
• No skill assessment requirements.

 

Application Requirements:

• Age requirement: Below 45 years old.
• English requirement: No component less than 6 in IELTS.
• Education requirement: Diploma or higher qualification.
• Occupation requirement: Must be on the corresponding occupation list.
• Company location requirement: The office location must be in a regional area.
• Company business requirement: Main business is related to the sponsored position.
• Company local Australian employee requirement: More Australian employees than overseas employees (including the applicant).
• Company employee training requirement: Meet immigration requirements for training Australian employees through donations or hiring apprentices.
