Overview:

Applicants' entrepreneurship project plan must be approved by a designated organization, and at least AUD 200,000 must be injected into the project by the organization to obtain the 188E visa.

 

Suitable for:

Investors in entrepreneurship projects in China or Australia.

 

Visa Advantages:

No points, no education, and no occupation assessment requirements. However, applicants must have an IELTS score of at least 6 in individual test components.

 

Application Requirements:

 

  • Age requirement: Below 55 years or state government exemption.
  • English language requirement: An IELTS score of at least 6 in individual test components.
  • Entrepreneurship project requirement: Prohibited from residential real estate development, labor service personnel services, or purchasing Australian companies and franchise businesses.
  • Entrepreneurship project investment requirement: Obtain at least AUD 200,000 in funding from recognized venture capital firms or similar organizations.
  • Entrepreneurship project shareholding requirement: Hold at least 30% of the project's shares.
  • State government requirement: The investment plan must be approved by the state government.
